Pedal Assist Not Working
Check your display to make sure that the Pedal Assist feature is turned on. Level "0" indicates that the pedal assist is turned off. It is possible that you are not able to feel the motor working at lower levels of assist, so if your display shows level 1 or 2, try turning it up to 4 or 5 and see if the pedal assist is working.
If the Pedal Assist is still not engaging, there is most likely an issue with your torque sensor or Mid-drive motor. Please submit a ticket here and our MOD Support team will be happy to help you out.
