MOD City+ 2 "Tips & Tricks"

Congratulations on your new MOD City+! Here are a few 'tips and tricks' that are model specific to your MOD City+ 2 bike.

  • Headlights : Hold the + button for 2-3 seconds to turn your headlights and tail lights on and off.

  • Turn Battery On : The City+ battery has an on/ off switch on the battery. This needs to be flipped on to operate the bike.

  • Tighten pedals : Be sure to tighten the pedals of your City+! These come on the bike, but it is imperative that they are tightened as they will strip the crank if they are loose.

  • Folding Pedals : To fold the pedals on your MOD City+, push them inward and they will fold up.

  • Version Number: The version number of your bike can be found on the rear of your seat post. If your bike does not have a number, it is version 01.

  • Keys : DO NOT LOSE YOUR CITY+ KEYS! These keys are not able to be replaced and we do not have a master set. The lock and keys are unique to each City+.

  • Mounting Locations : The City+ has 2 built in, mounting locations specifically for Foldylock. You can mount Foldylock on the upper part of the frame, or the lower. The water bottle will best mount to the stem using the Two Fish Water Bottle cage.

  • Error Code 25: Be sure not to hold the brakes when turning the bike on! This will activate Error code 25 on your display.

  • PSI : The proper PSI can be found on the side of your tire. This will let you know the correct pressure to inflate your tire to.

  • USB Port : There's a hidden USB port at the bottom of the display screen and will charge certain devices on your ride!

  • Serial Number : The serial number for your bike can be found at the bottom of the head tube.
