Before You Start
Preparation
- Make sure the AirMoto is charged
- Know your recommended tire pressure (PSI), printed on your tire’s sidewall
- Park your bike on a stable surface

Steps to Inflate
Step 1: Turn On the AirMoto
Press the power button to wake the screen
The digital display will light up
Step 2: Attach the Hose to the Tire Valve
Remove the valve cap from your tire
Screw the AirMoto hose onto the valve until snug (do not overtighten)
Step 3: Set Your Desired PSI
Use the + / – buttons to select your target PSI
Match the PSI listed on your tire sidewall
Step 4: Start Inflation
Press the start button
The AirMoto will automatically stop once it reaches the set PSI
Step 5: Disconnect & Store
Unscrew the hose from the valve
Replace the valve cap
Power off the AirMoto and store it safely

Troubleshooting
- Pump won’t turn on → Make sure the pump is charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge before use.
- Pump turns on but won’t inflate → Check that the hose is fully threaded onto the tire valve and not leaking air.
- PSI reading seems incorrect → Confirm the hose is tightly connected and the tire valve is not damaged. Readings can vary if the tire is warm.
- Pump stops before reaching set PSI → The battery may be low. Recharge the pump and try again.
- Air leaks when removing the hose → This is normal for a brief moment. Replace the valve cap immediately after disconnecting.
