MOD BIKES International Shipping Information

MOD BIKES is committed to providing transparent and reliable shipping services to our customers worldwide, with this in mind we have a flat rate $299 to ship any of our bikes to any country outside of USA / Canada. This includes any / all customs duties to protect you from any additional costs in international shipping.

General Shipping Information

1. Delivery estimates – Delivery estimates are made in good faith but may be affected by external factors such as government restrictions, supplier delays, fires, strikes, pandemics, or other causes beyond our control.
2. Order processing time – Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
3. Shipping time – In-stock orders typically ship within 3 business days.
4. Weekend and holiday schedule – Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
5. Shipping confirmation – Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once an order is dispatched.
6. High-volume delays – During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there are significant delays.
7. Signature required – A recipient’s signature is required upon delivery of all bike shipments.
8. Self-pickup – Self-pickup is available at our Austin location at no additional cost.

Shipping to Canada

1. Free shipping – Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping to Canada.
2. Flat fee – Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee of $19.
3. DDP service – All shipments to Canada are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We handle customs clearance to ensure doorstep delivery without additional steps.
4. Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days after shipment.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

1. Online orders – Orders can be placed online as usual.
2. Shipping quote – A competitive shipping quote will be calculated based on your address.
3. Approval required – Customers will be contacted for quote approval before shipment.
4. Refund option – If the quote is not approved, the order can be canceled for a full refund.
5. Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 14–21 business days after shipment.

International Shipping (Excluding Canada)

1. Electric bike orders – Orders containing an electric bike are shipped internationally for a flat fee of $299. This fee includes DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
2. Non-bike orders – For orders without an electric bike, shipping, duties, and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. These will also be shipped DDP.
3. DDP service – All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We handle customs clearance to ensure doorstep delivery without additional steps.
4. Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 60–120 days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
5. Returns, Repairs & Warranty – Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and duties related to returns, repairs, or warranty services outside the continental U.S. and Canada.
6. Relocation costs – Customers who relocate internationally after purchasing are responsible for any related shipping fees for returns, repairs, or warranty services from their new location.
